Tim Sr and I started in the real estate industry in 2015 while still teaching at Bel Air High School in Harford County.  Our passion for helping others grew the business quite drastically and in 2018 I made the leap from teaching for 16.5 years to go into real estate full time.  We have continued to grow the business and have added more agents to our real estate team (including my wife Amy) to provide exceptional service to our clients.  Amy and I have 3 daughters- Sarah, Anna and Izzy and currently reside in Bel Air, Harford County.

Adam graduated with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Stevenson University and served with America’s Finest as a Maryland State Trooper for nearly 6 years. In 2019, he and his lovely wife purchased their first home together. It was this experience, he says, that sparked his interest in real estate. This led him to pivot to a new career in Real Estate.

Prior to real estate, Amy was the Director of the Christ Our King Co-Op Preschool in Bel Air. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a concentration on Public Relations. Amy’s career has primarily been in the field of non-profit organizations around the Greater Baltimore Area. She was also the Marketing Communications Director at Maryland Golf and Country Clubs for approximately 6 years and Side-Out Foundation for 2 years.  Amy provides an added value to our Team and our clients with her excellent public relations and communication skills. Amy helps buyers and sellers navigate the home buying and selling process. Amy is Tim's wife and they reside in Bel Air with their three daughters.

Daniel is a graduate of Bel Air High School where he was a former student of our now real estate team leader, Tim Markland. He also studied at Towson University and graduated from Harford Community College. Since 2020, Daniel has been successful in the business specializing in helping first time home buyers through every step of the buying process. Daniel also works to assist the team helping to meet clients and show houses when things get busy. His favorite part of being a Realtor is helping friends and members of the community achieve their goals of moving into their dream house. Drew is a creative director and media producer for the TMA Real Estate team.  Since joining the team in 2024, Drew has taken our social and content media to another level by producing high quality house tours, educational content as well as the producer of the TMA Connection Podcast.  Drew also teams up with other real estate agents and businesses.  He recently started his own company- Avora Media.

A New Jersey native, Liz came to Baltimore by way of Loyola University from which she graduated in 2005. Liz has over fifteen years of high level executive administrative experience. She began her real estate career in 2007 working as a Development Assistant for a local commercial developer. She moved into residential real estate in 2014 working with a top producing Baltimore real estate team as their Operations Manager. In December 2015, Liz started her own business, Key Transaction Management (KTM), a team of admin who works exclusively with Cummings and Co. agents and specialize in the contract to close process during a real estate transaction. KTM handles the paperwork and contract details, freeing up time for agents so they can focus on moving their business forward. Liz's main strengths are superior customer service and attention to detail which create a seamless experience for agents and clients.

When she is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Mike, most recently Japan (to elope!) and Greece, spending time with friends and family and running around with her Boston Terrier, Lou and Pit Bull, Rosie. She resides in Hampden and loves city life.
