21 - The Super Human "Ironman" - Officer Rick Krause

On this loaded episode, Tim sits down with "local celebrity" and Bel Air Police Department's Rick Krause.  From a young age, Rick has put his physical and mental toughness to the test.  Starting weightlifting when he was 12, playing football in high school, lifeguarding with the Ocean City Beach Patrol, serving in the Army as well as the National Guard and becoming a police officer in Bel Air, these accomplishments could certainly define any one individual's life.  But then you add competitive bodybuilding and earning pro status and finishing his first Ironman competition, Rick pushes himself to his undefined limits.  If you know Rick Krause, you know of his relentless mindset but also his kind and genuine demeanor as a resource officer at Bel Air High School and leader of the Bel Air Explorer Post program for kids who have interest in law enforcement.  Meet the Super Man behind the shield on this episode of the TMA Connection.
